Possible sample types are purified Plasmid DNA in following sizes & concentration: 2.5 - 25 kbp with 60ng/µl 25 - 125 kbp with 100ng/µl 125 - 300 kbp with 100ng/µl Please note: The concentrations are already adjusted for Nanodrop measurments (doubled). In case you use a fluoromeetric methodd like Qubit, should be half of above.
Dilute the sample in nuclease free water or elution buffer (10mM Tris, pH 8.5)
